I called after they had closed just on the off chance someone was there. The owner answered and was beyond kind, stating that had he been in CT at the time he would have been happy to assist! I needed to quickly purchase all the medical equipment and supplies necessary to prepare our home for him, and the staff here has been a wonderful help. They were responsive, accommodating (they've received more than a few calls from us), and asked questions to assist in pinpointing which makes and models would be best for our needs, all of which is especially impressive given the pressure of coordinating curbside pick-up in the midst of COVID-19.
